AN AWARD-winning South Lakeland training company has again been hailed as one of the country's best small employers.
Impact Development Training Group has leapt up the rankings in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For, rising from 59th to 17th in the latest list.
The award is said to recognise the Windermere company's extra-ordinary' workplace engagement practices, including exceptional motivation, inspiration and staff retention levels, as well as a 15 per cent increase in Impact's global workforce in just 12 months.
Impact was also named runner-up in the Best for Giving Something Back Award for enhanced social responsibility, based on feedback from the firm's own staff.
