THE first ever Business Streetsafe Operation will take place in Kendal town centre on Tuesday (March 11).
The operation, planned by PC Tony Lees and PC Angela Rawlinson, aims to visit a substantial number of businesses in Kendal Town Centre to gauge views and concerns about the town.
Police Officers, Police Community Support Officers and Kendal Business Against Crime Partnership (KBACP) members will spend the day speaking to the business community in Kendal Town Centre.
Streetsafe operations have in the past been targeted at residential areas.
