POLICE are seeking witnesses after a man was assaulted outside a Lakeland restaurant.
The incident occurred when a man - who had been visiting the area - was attacked as he left the Golden Fortune on Lake Road, Bowness on Windermere around midnight on April 11. The man was suffered head injuries as a result of the assault.
One suspect is described as tall and wearing a white baseball cap.
Police are keen to trace a male Polish national aged between 35 and 40 years with long hair, dark coat and jeans who witnessed the incident and spoke to officers on the night.
