Bay Search and Rescue was called to a rescue yesterday (June 24) as team members were filming an educational video on Morecambe Bay.
The team was out filming for the Morecambe Bay Partnership which was sharing educational information with local schools.
The team had taken the rescue Sherp vehicle to the Grange side of the bay to make sure no sheep were stuck in soft sand.

Speaking on Facebook, a member of the Bay Search and Rescue team said: "Having crossed over to Arnside whilst the sun was still beating down, we were quite literally flagged down by a local man who needed some help with a woman who had slipped on the sand.
"It transpired that as suspected she had broken her hip and was in a lot of pain.
"Being extremely brave she helped us get her safely off the ground and into our stretcher, then with the help of several members of the public we transferred her into the back of the sherp, and relocated albeit very slowly to the Promenade at Arnside."
The woman was then transferred over to North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
