A WOMAN who assaulted two police officers has been given a conditional discharge.
Rachel Cowap admitted that she assaulted PC Ellis and PC Santamera in an incident on August 24.
South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard the 49-year-old committed the offence in Windermere.
Magistrates sentenced Cowap, of West Crescent in the town, to a 12-month conditional discharge for each offence.
She was told told to pay £26 surcharge and £85 in costs.
