MANAGING personality clashes, petty complaints and employee grievances will be the focus of a one-day course in Kendal next week.
Hosted by Carlisle solicitors Burnetts, the employment law for line managers course aims to help managers and supervisors to handle everyday problems such as worker under-performance.
The session will be presented by employment law specialists Natalie Ruane and Hazel Phillips.
