The inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States has put the phrase 'Yes We Can' back in the psyche of the global public.

It started with Bob the Builder - the 1999 children's television character created by Keith Chapman. Bob's slogan "Can we fix it?" answered by "Yes we can!" became popular in many sectors - business and sports to name two.

But Barack brought it to new levels when he used it for his presidential campaign slogan - and he won!

Now it could go to such great heights as healing global divides, curing economic plagues, fixing any number of political problems.

Maybe if we all say it once a day, 'Yes We Can' change the world for the better.
