POLICE have issued a warning about the passing of fake 200 Euro notes.
There were two unsuccessful attempts in Kendal on Wednesday morning, two successful attempts in Barrow later in the morning, and one unsuccessful attempt in Ulverston.
Police are looking for a 40-year-old woman, 5ft 3in tall, with blonde shoulder-length hair and a deep voice, with a foreign accent believed to be Eastern European. She was wearing a beige suit, expensive looking sunglasses and was carrying a black handbag.
