A DALES-based firm will go before some of the country’s top food critics when a new restaurant opens in London this week.
Michelin-starred Cumbrian chef Simon Rogan is launching an eagerly-anticipated new eatery called Roganic in the capital and will be putting Sedbergh Soap Company luxury toiletries in the bathrooms.
Founder Dorthe Pratt, who already supplies Rogan’s award-winning Cartmel-based restaurant L’enclume, said: “Roganic is going to concentrate on serving ‘the best of British’ and we’re delighted that this theme is going to extend to the toiletries.
"We share the same commitment and ideas about pure, quality, organic produce and we’re thrilled to be joining Simon in his new venture as it is expected to draw some high profile visitors over the coming months.
"We only supply the finest shops, hotels and restaurants, and Roganic fits the bill perfectly - it’s good to be introducing our products to an exciting new audience.”
