Budding footballer Chloe Broughton gained three 8s in her GCSEs after a year of hard word.
Chloe gained the high grades in physical education, physics and maths, as well as four 7s and a 6.
Chloe, who has just signed a two-year contract with Manchester United, now plans to chase her dream of becoming a professional footballer and aims to represent England one day.
Chloe said of her time at Alder Grange School: "The teachers here have been brilliant – they've made sure I keep on track of everything at school while also encouraging me to follow my heart in football.
"I've got the grades I needed so I'm looking forward to starting with Manchester United."
Chloe will now study at Leigh College while she trains with the FA Women's Super League side.
