Two undefeated teams battled out a thrilling contest in Division Two as Keswick Reserves edged out Kendal United Reserves 4-3 at Castle Drive.

Keswick were 3-0 up at half time after a brace from Charlie Robson and a goal from Charlie Andrews, but Kendal battled back through Declan Thompson and an own goal.

Adam Beaty restored Keswick’s two goal advantage before a late penalty from James Pattison ensured a nervy finish for the visitors who held on for the win, though United stay top of the table despite losing their 100 per cent record.

Two goals each from Matthew Glen and Thomas Dixon helped Penrith Royal to a 5-0 win away to Sedbergh and Dent United A.

Rob Anderson's brace and a goal by Ben Allen saw Kirkoswald Reserves defeat Wetheriggs United Reserves 3-1, while Braithwaite defeated Staveley United Reserves 1-0 and Eden Thistle routed Langwathby United 6-2.
