A DRAMATIC penalty shoot out victory saw Endmoor KGR produce a Russell Armer Homes Senior Challenge Cup shock on Saturday.

The James Cropper Westmorland League Division One side were initially due to play West Lancashire League Division Two outfit Kendal United at their own Woodside Road home surface.

Due to pitch conditions, the game was switched to United’s Castle Drive, but that didn't put Endmoor off and after 90 minutes and extra time, the sides could not be separated and it went to penalties.

And with a place in the next round up for grabs, young Endmoor shot stopper Sam Coleman was the hero as he made two stunning saves to see his side to a 6-5 win in the spot kick shoot out.
