THE recent run of success by the Kendal based Cumbria Taekwondo Club continued when young member Carla Gardiner reached the semi-final of her age group in the European Championships in Germany.
The 10-year-old, who is current Scottish under 36kg champion, exited against a Croatian opponent in the WTE Open event on the first day then was edged out by the eventual winner from Italy in the semi-finals of the 'Park Kup' on the following day.
