Sue retains title ROWING: Kendal athlete Sue Little wowed a 7,000-strong crowd by again winning a gold medal at the 2005 British Indoor Rowing Championship the country's biggest indoor sporting event.
Sue (54) raced in the Women's 50-54 lightweight category at the event at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham this weekend and finished in of 7 minutes 48.4 seconds.
More than 3,000 competitors raced at the event this year the championship's 15th ranging from 10-year-old rowing novices to a 95-year-old World War Two veteran.
