Keswick moved into the quarter final of The Cumberland County Cup after defeating Netherhall 3-2 after extra time. Andy Rigg, Richard Bannister and Steve Hindmarch scroed the goals.

Jamie Boyce scored a hat trick as Pirelli put nine past Lunesdale Utd in the Benevolant Trophy. Jordan Irving and Jordan Hodgson also found the net as they both scored twice, while Jordan Parish and Scott Priest completed the rout.

It proved to be very competitive in Westmorland League Division One, as the battle for points continued.

The game between second-placed Kirkoswald and third-placed Kendal United ended all square in a 1-1 draw.

Kirkoswald were on the score sheet thanks to a Josh Usher strike, while Greg Pearce was on target for a Kendal United side that has four games in hand on their opponents.

In the other games Division One League title holders Appleby continued their fine run of form as they battled to a 4-2 win over Windermere. Matt Branthwaite, Thomas Armstrong, Jordan Crawford and Scott Fitzgerald got the crucial goals.

Ambleside Utd drew 2-2 with Ibis at Hilliard Park. Tim Blamire scored a brace for Ibis, who remain in sixth place.

In The High Sheriff's Cup Sedbergh Wanderers progressed into the semi finals after a 2-0 win over Unisun Athletic. Oli Wales and Aaron Siemaszko were on target for Sedbergh.

Wetheriggs Utds Reserve extended their advantage at the top of Westmorland League Division Two as they edged out Dent 2-1.

Carleton Banks put four past Braithwaite as James Mandle scored twice, while Jake Briggs and Rob Anderson also found the back of the net.

Greystoke routed Ambleside Utd Reserves 12-1, while a Ryan Carradus goal helped Endmoor KGR to a priceless 1-0 win at Keswick Reserves.

In the Mason and Freeman Cup Staveley Utd pulled off a shock 2-0 win at in-form Kendal United Reserves, while Dan Grindley and Tyler Park helped Burneside to a 2-0 success at Langwathby United.

Burneside Reserves lost ground on Eden Thistle at the top of Westmorland League Division Three after a 3-1 home defeat against Kirkoswald Reserves. Ryan Gate scored a brace and Macauley Forsyth sealed the win.

Dent Reserves battled to a 2-0 win at Penrith Saints.

In the Peter Daws Memorial Shield Ibis Reserve eased into the next round of the competition as they defeated Penrith Academy 4-2. Prolific goal scorer Jay Hayton scored twice, while Brodie Nicholson and Kieran Demonti were also on target.

Both AFC Carlisle and Eden Thistle also progressed, as AFC Carlisle defeated Endmoor KGR Reserves 6-1 while Eden Thistle won 1-0 at Windermere Reserve.
