IMPROVEMENTS costing more than £50,000 at Carlisle Racecourse will be revealed for the first time at the Cumbrian track's next meeting on the evening of Monday, May 28.
The investment by the racecourse's owners the Jockey Club includes installing 24 large TV screens in bars and lounges, relaying the parade ring after drainage installation and improving drainage at two fences on the course.
Viewing facilities have also been upgraded.
Advance tickets cost £12 for adults and £15 on the day, while under-16s get in free.
