FOSTER William Passed away on Thursday, 6th December at the lovely Hollow Oak Nursing Home, Haverthwaite, aged 88 years, lately of Windermere, loving husband of the late Norah, much loved dad of John (deceased), Anne, Linda and David, loving grandad of Michael, Bridget, Shaun, Craig, Stuart, Richard, Kayleigh and Ryan, much loved great grandad, father-in-law and uncle. Thanksgiving service to be held at St Mary's Church, Windermere on Wednesday, 19th December at 12.30pm followed by private cremation at Beetham Hall Crematorium and afterwards at the Crooklands Hotel. Family flowers only please, donations, if so desired, to Dementia UK c/o Edmondson Longmire Funeral Service, The Chapel, Glebe Road, Bowness-on-Windermere, Cumbria, LA23 3HB. Tel. 015394 43427.
