WHARTON Suddenly but Peacefully at The Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Saturday 19th June, Colin aged 85 years. Dearly beloved husband of the late Brenda, loving dad to Tracy and Lynne, a much loved Grandad Col, father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Due to COVID restrictions, a private family service will take place at St John's Church, Grayrigg on Thursday 1st July at 11.30am. The Cortege will leave Mount Pleasant, Tebay at 10.45am travelling to Grayrigg, for anyone who may wish to pay their respects. Family flowers only are requested, donations in memory of Colin will be given to Multiple Sclerosis and may be left at the service or sent c/o Glyn Jones Funeral Directors, 12 Battlebarrow, Appleby, Cumbria, CA16 6XS.
