CARDUS Sarah Mary Rosalind (nee Robinson) Formerly of Overtown Farm, Cowan Bridge, peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Devoted mother of Jessica, James and Charlotte, granny to Isacc, Ava and Oliver. Loving long time partner of Keith, known to family and friends as Bob. Extended family of Katy, Richard and Robert. Granny Sarah to Harrison, Alex, Isla, Torin, Leo and loving friend, mentor and surrogate granny to many more. A celebration of her life will take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Thursday 21st October at 12.30. Family flowers only, dress to be informal and colourful. Donations in Sarah's memory to St John's Hospice, Lancaster on the day or online via fishwicksltd.co.uk. we are incredibly grateful to the Hospice at Home team and our wonderful carers for helping us to keep Sarah at home with her family.
