FONE (nee Heywood) Sheila Karen, Ian and David wish to thank family and friends for their cards, messages of sympathy, donations to the PSP Association and attendance at the funeral of a loving Mum, Gran and Great-Gran. Many thanks to the medical teams at Westmorland General, the Doctors and staff of Cartmel Surgery, Grange District Nurses, the Night Service and the Hospice at Home Team. A special thank you to the team at Home Instead who enabled us to carry out Mum's wish to be at home with love and care. Many thanks to Liam at Saunders & Son whose attention to detail and professionalism helped the whole family considerably at a difficult time. Thank you to the Grange Hotel for the catering for the funeral tea. Lastly a special thank you to Canon Jackson for a lovely service.
