WAITE Keith The family of Keith Waite wish to thank friends and neighbours for their love, kindness, support and baking during Keith's illness. Special thanks to John and Christine, George and Kath, Cilla and Colin, Caroline and Stephen and Glenn. Keith and I could not have got through without you all. Superb medical support from Blackpool Victoria Hospital, Furness General, Palliative care, Hospice support & District Nursing team Milnthorpe. Special mention for Parkview Surgery: Doctors Hacking, and Smith and their wonderful Staff for their kind and caring professionalism that saw us through. Cumbria medical equipment team for kit that made life easier and more comfortable. Sincere gratitude to you all, you made Keith's last Months the best they could be. Thank you all. Alice Waite
