DIRECTIONS Entering Cartmel from Grange over Sands, proceed into the village and take a right-hand turn at the

T-junction. Take the next left-hand turn by The Pig and Whistle pub into The Causeway and follow the road along to the end. Take a left-hand turn at the junction, followed by an immediate right-hand turn into Cartmel Lodge. Once inside the development, follow the road around to the left, followed by an immediate left-hand turn over the bridge. Number 32 is situated on the right-hand side.

DESCRIPTION 32 Cartmel Lodge Park is a beautiful and stylishly presented, detached two bedroomed lodge situated in a picturesque location within the village of Cartmel. The lodge has a vaulted ceiling throughout, making it light and airy, and boasts a 12 month occupancy, making this the perfect holiday retreat.

The lodge is approached via slate chipped off-road parking for two cars, which extends to a stone-flagged patio area and pathway around the lodge. Steps lead up to a large decked seating area, which extends around two sides, and features a quality glass balustrade to take advantage of the views surrounding the lodge, which include the Priory. The lodge and decking also have CanExel cladding which is easy to maintain and requires no painting.

The front door opens directly into the open plan reception room which is bathed in natural sunlight from triple aspect windows and double doors opening onto the decking, with lovely views onto nearby fields. A feature within the room is the electric fire with log flame effect.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of storage units and a complementary three-sided technistone worktop. Fitted within the worktop is a single drainer sink with a mixer tap and a four-ring gas hob with an extractor hood over and an electric oven/grill below. Integrated within the units is a fridge, freezer and a washing machine. There is also under-cupboard and plinth accent lighting plus an additional cupboard adjacent to the front door, which houses the boiler and a tumble dryer, and also has shelving for storage.

A door off the kitchen opens into a hallway leading to two bedrooms and a shower room.
