The property is located in Garsdale off the A684 with the turning approximately 3.5 miles from The Moorcock Inn or 0.5 miles from the village of Garsdale. There is a narrow bridge to take which crosses the Clough River,. Once over the bridge, pass a property on the right and follow a very tight haripin bend to the left, continue through the trees, the road then passes through a large pair of stone gate posts with a cattle grid onto concrete tram lines, there is another hairpin to the left with a house on that bend, followed by a hairpin to the right, over another cattle grid and then you approach East Paradise and its neighbour drawing up along the back on the buildings where there is space to park.
