AN EXHIBITION of abstract paintings inspired by the region's floods of 2015 and the subsequent changes to the landscape is on show in the Sugar Store Gallery of Kendal's Brewery Arts Centre.
In the traumatic weeks and months for many following the floods, artist Annie Coxey documented her dog walks with sketches and photographs of the aftermath such as the debris in the trees, the uprooted trees and the river bank destruction.
Annie's Watermarks exhibition is running in the popular arts space until April 22.
