LOWIS Noreen Marie Theresa Passed away peacefully at home on 20th November supported by her devoted partner Lawrence and daughters Claire and Rachel. A loving sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many. A celebration of Noreen's life will take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Friday 1st December at 2pm.
