THE family of a Kendal man killed following a collision on a M6 slip road have described him as 'one in a million'.
Mark Wilson, 34, died on the A601M link road, near Carnforth, last Thursday afternoon following reports a pedestrian had been hit by a HGV.
In a statement, his family called the married father-of-two 'irreplaceable who never said a bad word about anybody'.
"Mark was an amazing, genuine man and anyone who knew him would speak kindly of him," it read.
"He always had a big smile and a dry sense of humour, a listening ear and would never let you say goodbye without one of his big, strong, loving hugs."
Mark had two children, aged six and two, who, along with his wife, he devoted all of his spare time to.
"His life revolved around his wife and children and being a family man, he was always loving and protective of them."
