MOUNTAIN rescuers were called out last night after a woman became crag fast above Dungeon Ghyll.
The 19-year-old became stuck on steep ground and suffered a panic attack in the process.
The Langdale and Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team began a search at around 7.49pm.
The woman was retrieved by team members and assisted down.
