A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in relation to a crash which killed a Kendal man.
James Oliver, 29, of Lancing Close, Liverpool, will appear at Kendal Magistrates Court in connection with the Aynam Road collision in which the vehicle he was driving collided with a stone wall on March 23.
The 21-year-old front seat passenger, Robert Clinton, from Well Ings, died at the scene.
The rear seat passenger, a 21 year old local man, suffered cuts and bruises. He was taken to hospital but was later discharged.
Oliver will appear at Kendal Magistrates Court on 16th October.
