THE academic year is not quite drawing to a close yet, but the plans for the end should be well underway.
By this, I mean prom season.
All that hard work and hours of revising are nearly over so let's plan to celebrate.
Prom dresses have already hit the shops, and fashion is always ahead of itself so it's a good time to get in and pick something now.

Just take a peek at Reese Witherspoon, along with her model and celebrity pals in different pinks, at the illustrious gala ball at New York's Museum of Modern Art.
Long or short, simple or statement, there's something for all. ASOS have a flowing floor length, soft pink, silky-to-the-touch maxi dress at £55.
Elegant and unassuming, you too can be pretty in pink.

Let your legs do the talking in Dorothy Perkins’ minky pink, simple and sleek above-the-knee prom dress at £35.
This cute dress with a bow on the back could match many a shoe.
A block colour means you can go big or small on accessories, and experiment with colour.

When you’re buying for prom, think long term. Get something you can wear again!
