A SERIES of creative writing workshops will be held at Ingleton library with best-selling author and illustrator Saviour Pirotti.
Saviour will be in residence at the site as part of the Creative Residencies ‘Artists into Libraries’ project.
The Saltaire-based author has written more than 60 books from novelty titles for toddlers to short novels about myths and traditional legends.
“I can’t wait to get started and meet the people of Ingleton,” he said.
“I’ve heard that the other artists really made a big impact on the community and I hope I can do the same.”
The free workshops will take place on June 4 and 11 and Jult 7 and 14, from 2pm-4pm.
