This lovely shot on a rainbow over Coniston was taken by keen fell walker Sarah Beddows, of Poulton-le-Fylde.
"We were walking up Torver Low Common towards Beacon Tarn. We climbed up to a high point on Blawith Fell to have a lunch stop, when a sudden snow shower with a spectacular rainbow moved up over Coniston.
"My sister, Sue, stood up to admire it and I ran down the fell to get the shot as I felt she deserved to find a pot of gold! And I was also rewarded with the shot of the beautiful colours."
