A TAXI driver was left with a bloody nose after a violent assault in Bowness-on-Windermere.
The incident occured at 23.25 on Thursday, May 7, when the taxi driver, 47, was attacked in his vehicle on Church Street.
Police are searching for the offender, who is described as being in his late forties, around 5ft 7in, white, of slight build and with short, brown hair.
