A 23-YEAR-OLD man sustained serious injuries following a crash on the southbound carriageway of the M6 yesterday (Monday).
The incident happened between J36 and J37 at around 8.45pm when a silver Vauxhall Vectra, driven by a male from Galsgow, was in collision with a white Citroen Berlingo, driven by a 23-year-old male from Wolverhampton.
Fire crews from Sedbergh and Kendal attended the scene and released the driver of the Citroen from his vehicle, before he was conveyed to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
