A WELL-established South Lakeland company has created the building blocks for continued success after relocating to much larger premises.

Builders Supply Kendal has brought its operations together under one roof by moving to a new site at the town's Mintsfeet industrial estate.

The firm's previous depot, at Ann Street, has been taken over by housing developer Russell Armer Homes, which plans to build 19 units on the site later this year.

The construction company has also acquired BSK's former showroom at Wildman Street, which is likely to be leased to another business.

Moving to the former Pye Ford car showroom and workshop will pave the way for future growth, according to BSK's finance and commercial director Steve Hill.
