THE inaugural meeting of the new company, Lancaster City FC Limited, will be held on Monday, June 25, at 7pm in the Dolly Blue Tavern.
The meeting is open to any interested parties and everyone will be made welcome. The existing shares have been lost with the old company and there will be an opportunity to purchase new shares.
There will also be an opportunity to join the new board of directors, which would involve a liability.
Anyone unable to attend can send in a proxy to the club.
