TWO men were attacked by a group of men in a 'serious, unprovoked assault' in Windermere on Sunday night.
Police said a group of around eight men, with some of them described as having Polish accents, approached the victims as they were walking down Lake Road.
Without warning, the group knocked the two victims to the ground, repeatedly kicking them to face and head.

The incident took place near the Royalty Cinema, between 2am and 2.30am.
One of the men suffered bruises to his back, while the second man had his nose broken, lost a tooth and was in need of further medical attention
Anyone with information is asked to contact Cumbria police on 101.
