The recent Supreme Court decision that went against a parent who took his child on holiday during term time highlights the on-going problems with parents wishing to take there children on holiday during term time, when prices are lower, in many cases up to 55 per cent less than during the main holiday season.
Surely it should be the holiday companies who should be in court for profiteering and not the parents being fined?
