SOUTH Cumbria is set to be hit by heavy rainfall on Friday, according to the Met Office.
A yellow weather warning has been issued for much of the county between 3am and 7pm tomorrow (October 13).
Heavy and persistent rain has been forecast, with a warning that rail and bus services are likely to be affected.
Traffic disruption is also probable with spray and flooding, while some homes and business could also be affected.
