WHY do women have handbags? To carry all the odds and ends they might need during the day; purse, cards, comb, spare handkerchief, lipstick etc.
Does it matter if a celebrity has one like it? Do you go along looking at what other women are carrying? I doubt it.
My old fawn leather bag, buffed up occasionally with a banana skin has survived the test of time, sitting on the floor or hanging on the back of a chair when not in use.
It serves its purpose admirably. Would I pay £450 to change it for another like Meghan Markle or someone else in the news was seen holding?
Come to your senses girls - there's more to life than aping others.
