KENDAL’S Royal Bank of Scotland branch is set to close on August 23.
The Market Place bank is one of 162 branches across England and Wales that RBS has announced will be shutting its doors.
Around 792 jobs will be made redundant and employees will be supported with the option to leave on a voluntary basis.
