GARDEN shed supplier BillyOh is giving advice on keeping spiders out of our homes as temperatures drop.
Placing net or mesh over air vents is recommended, as is spraying unwanted arachnids with a mixture of vinegar or mint oil and water.
The company says there is no evidence for the old wives' tale that conkers deter spiders.
