The scene of the accident on the A590 County Road in Ulverston
AN Ulverston man has died of injuries suffered in a road collision on the A590 last month.
Pedestrian Sydney Atkinson, 92, was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Insignia on County Road, Ulverston, at approximately 4pm on October 29.
He died earlier this week at the Aintree Hospital. An investigation remains ongoing and officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or who has any information which could assist is urged to contact police on 101 and request to speak to PC 563 Walsh.
