Crash on A590 at Witherslack causing traffic delays
COMMUTERS face delays of 15 minutes on the A590 near Witherslack tonight following a crash.
Reports are reaching the Gazette newsroom that a car has left the eastbound carriageway and flipped on to its roof.
According to those caught up in traffic, the incident has occurred near to the speed cameras where the road becomes a single carriageway.
Several police and ambulance crews are in attendance.
Both lanes are still open but drivers are experiencing disruption.
