Police investigating burglary
A BURGLARY at Kendal's Whinfell Centre is being investigated by police.
Detectives say they were called at 10.43am yesterday after entry to the property on Dowker's Lane was forced. Further damage was caused to the inside of the building although nothing was taken.
Police say a group of group of youths were seen in the area of the day care centre at the time of the incident and officers would like to speak to them as part of their inquiries.
