STORY Homes says High Wood, its new-build development in the centre of Lancaster, has passed the 95 per cent sold mark.
Sales have been "strong" since the launch of the first phase of three, four and five-bedroom homes, said the company.
The last seven dwellings at the site, off Quernmore Road, are now being released.
