Severe traffic disruptions due to roadworks on M6
THERE are severe traffic delays leading into Kendal due to a lane closure on the M6 southbound between Junction 37 and Junction 36.
One lane of three is shut so that road works can take place.
Traffic is heavier than normal because of it.

A spokesperson from Highways England said the lane won't re-open until tomorrow evening, April 17.
There are also big traffic delays in Kendal town centre.
