A man has been airlifted to hospital following a serious crash near Brampton.
It happened on the A6071 Brampton to Longtown road, at the Scaleby junction, at about 11am.
Emergency services, including the Great North Air Ambulance and North West Ambulance Service, attended the scene.
One man was flown to Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary.
He was said to be in a stable condition.

Another person was taken to Carlisle's Cumberland Infirmary by road ambulance.
Cumbria Police said their families have been informed.
The road remains closed while collision investigations are carried out.
Police have thanked motorists for their patience.
They are urged to avoid the areas and use alternative routes.
