POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing 21-year-old.
Jadroslav Cermac was last seen in Winster area on August 3rd at around 3pm.
He is described as 6ft, stocky with short dark hair.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101. Officers would also like to urge Jadroslav to contact this number if he sees this appeal.
