FOUR new three-bedroom homes are planned for the site of a disused commercial garage at Parkhouse Way, Milnthorpe.
The old garage would be demolished under plans lodged with South Lakeland District Council by Houghton Parkhouse Ltd.
The new houses would feature rendered walls, slate roofs and timber-effect uPVC window frames.
