A TEENAGER who suffered a ‘critical brain injury’ in a crash on the A590 last month remains in hospital.
At 1am on Saturday October 26 a Black Ford Ka being driven by a 17-year-old girl crashed on the A590 between Greenodd and Ulverston just before the dual carriageway reduces to a single carriageway.
The driver, from Ulverston, suffered minor injuries along with one of her passengers but the second passenger - a 19-year-old, suffered a critical brain injury. Police said the man had been placed in an induced coma and today said he was still in hospital.
